Banning views on Caste based Reservation Policies! Is it

today need or not…..!

Recently National Congress General Secretary Mr. Janardhan Dwivedi delivered his statement that, “To ban on caste based reservation policies. The reservation should be given on the basis of economic ground. It is the need too.” Further he appealed to Congress Supremo Mr. Rahul Gandhi to consider this view in our party agenda. First I welcomed to Congress leader Mr.Janardhan Dwivedi’s statement on one side. Can Mr. Dwivedi or his Congress will answer my some points, which I am putting here. I and some our society friends are rejecting to take any benefits on the basis of reservation. My daughter is not taking any types of post matriculate scholarship. My son is not taking any types of free ships and I paid the fees of school education. There are lot of members of backward communities are following me. This is the one side. Now i am pointing your vision on other angle.

 In Congress Raj, How and which line of planning of the reservation policies has been applied or implemented. Can Congress Raj be delivered the development ratio of every five years of backward classes from 1950 to 2014?  Can you show the appointments ratio of every five years in Executive, Judiciary & Legislative field? Can you show the poverty, education, employment etc ratio of every five years up to 2014? How many officers have been suspended or terminated or criminal punished, due to not proper implementation. Can you show the statistics of funding of different policies and use money of your government about development plan for these classes? Can you deliver the statement, yet untouchability is in existence. Who are responsible for not removed it. There are lot problems & questions …..

Now, we think on upper caste categories population ratio and their planting of posting on different fields. The government should be declared the statistics of their financial status, posting status, above limitation posting etc. If these categories should be seen above limitation of posting, they should be immediately terminated from services on the basis of date of appointment without any benefits. If their movable and immovable property found to be above limits, it should be deposited on government account. It means, the Government should be declared minimum property limits to keep by the Indians. Keeping more property above limitation should be banned officially. The said deposited property should be distributed to the needy categories on the basis of minimum limitation. It means, every Indians should have the equal property. No one should be rich and no one be poor. Every land should be declared as Government land. The cultivation should be run through the “Village Panchayat” and distribution should me made equally to all villagers. There should be strongly binding on “Family Planning” for two Childs only and not more. There will no sex determination at all. There will be no ownership in the Industrial field. All the industries should be run by the Government. Etc. It means the need of nationalization of Industries, cultivation etc.

About Government National Awards, there should be a committee formed under chairmanship of President of India. There will be no place for any other political leaders in there. The award should be declared to honest, dedicated, devoted, nationalistic personalities. Not permitted the commercial person like Mr. Sachin Tendulkar etc. There should be posted the same quality personality on Government’s commissions and there will be no place for the political leaders. 

The reservation for the upper Caste category should be in different fields not more than 4%.  Economical sections should be posted on the ratio of 16%. Other Backward Class, Scheduled caste, Scheduled Tribes, NT/VJ, Buddhist, Jains, Muslim etc should be posted on 80%.  In posting of political parties’ different posts should be on the above ratio. The said formula should be applicable in Vidhan Sabha, Vidhan Parishad, Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha and so on. It means the said policies should be applied in Executive, Judiciary & Legislative field?  Our object should be equality to all Indians in social, religious, economic, educational, cultural, political etc. fields.  Are you agreed Mr. Dwivedi and Congress-ion. You advised to Mr. Rahul Gandhi “An Immature Child in Politics.” And need to develop the “Nationalism or India-ism spirit” to Indians for “Strong India.”  There will be no scope for caste based, religion based, creed based, region based, and language based etc. politics. The Corruption should be banned and there should be need of heavy punishment to guilty person. Go proceed……..

KHAP Panchayat : An illegal Court of India and Helpless- Brainless- Non Performable Administrative Bureaucrats Machineries &  Baseless Indian Politics.

The first word of the preamble of World Supreme Constitution of India is beginning from “We, the people of India…..” When I read or speak the words of the preamble, I feel very much proud of my nation and nation builders specially Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Father of Indian Constitution.  Also, I am very much proud Dr Ambedkar’s speech on constitution debates dated 26^th November 1949 that “Will Indian places the country above their creed or will they place creed above country? I do not know. But this much is certain that if the parties place creed above country, our independence will be put in jeopardy a second time and probably be lost forever. This eventuality we must all resolutely guard against. We must be determined to defend our independence with the last drop of our blood.(Cheers)”

Another word of Dr Ambedkar also very much important, he said, “On the 26^th of January 1950, India would be a democratic country in the sense that India from that day would have a government of the people, by the people and for the people. The same thought comes to my mind. What would happen to her democratic Constitution? Will she be able to maintain it or will she lose it again? This is the second thought that comes to my mind and makes me as anxious as the first.”

I don’t want to put the complete Constitution Debate speech of Dr. Ambedkar in here. These two sentences are sufficient for the wise-noble-nation feeling man. Someone says that, “We got Independence very easily.” Mh. Gandhi said, “We got Independence without bloodshed (Non-Violence).” On the other hand Mr. Vinayak Sawarkar said, “We got Independence by Blood Revolution (Rana Vina Swatantra Kuna Milale).”  The question is who will wrong here! Either Gandhi may be wrong or Mr. Sawarkar.  If we see the publicity or propaganda of Congress Raj, Mh. Gandhi is seen to be “Hero.” Due to this policy, Congress has failed to give justice to “Blood Revolutionists” as like Netaji Bose, Bhagatsingh, Raj Guru, Sawarkar etc. On the other hand, if we may give justice to Revolutionists, Gandhi seems to be “William.” Here, we could not give justice to Gandhi. Can we make the merit measurement of our “Nation Independence Hero” and judge it. It is very difficult task and no one dare to do it.  

But one thinks I am presenting here. Due to stubborn nature and un- visionary planning of Mh. Gandhi we got independence four years late. Even most of the congress leaders were not totally favorable with Gandhi’s decisions. Even Congress leaders were not favorable for the dissolve the Congress Party after getting Independence. Still she is playing the politics game.  Netaji Subhashchandra Bose won the president election, it was seen a great revolution. The decision of involvement in 2^nd World War by Congress and Gandhi seems to be very late. Dr Ambedkar’s decision found to be correct and visionary. Now, it is not the subject matter of Gandhi and revolutionists here.

Why I am presenting the short history of India here, you can understand by knowing my title. Because some parts of India, KHAP Panchayat, illegal Courts are still in existence. Will the decisions of Khap Panchayat found to be nation or social useful! Or it is supported to our judiciary system. Then we have no problem at all. But the decisions of KHAP Panchayat seems to be very sensitive and against the nation policy. Our judiciary system as well as bureaucrats machineries are seems to be failed to stop it. Some our political leaders’ even social organizers are supporting too.

Recently I read a statement of Aam Adami Parti (AAP)  Supremo and Chief Minister Mr. Arvind Kejariwal’s statement in favor of KHAP panchayat.  Mr. Arvind said, “There is no need to ban on Khap Panchayat. It is a part and parcel of our culture. We can’t ban it.”  Are you mad, Arvind. Are you not following and running your Government by the Constitution of India. Do you not believe on our judiciary system? Do you not believe on our executive system? Can you deliver your statement on nation & Religion for who is supreme? Tell me, Arvind. 

If you think so that, the culture is greater than nation, then we will decide to comments on you with following points. After your death, Can you order your wife to remove her hairs and to wear a white sari?  Or order her to surrender on fire at the time of funeral. If you have small daughter below age of 10 years, can you ready to arrange her marriage with the same years any boy or old persons. Etc. If you deliver your consent yes an answer, then no problems at all. Let we decide about your future carrier.

In Indian political parties and its leaders are not seem to be visionaries and nation spirituals. They never think for nation development and common man progress. They speak more but their action is nil. They are playing the politics for the benefits of their parties and themselves. Every political parties aim to achieve a power of “KINGSHIP” in any way.  This is the main problems of corruption. They don’t have time for the common man. A common man can’t understand these leaders’ cunning policies. Otherwise Mr. Arvind’s pre-election party manifesto of “Free 20 kilo liters water per month to each house holders” or Mr. Mulayam Singh’s manifesto of “Poor should get free LPG cylinders, ” or others Congress -BJP parties’ manifesto making Indian politics very cheap and harmful for nation policy. They promoted the thinking of “Covetousness” in common mass. Actually the common masses don’t know the planning of nation development. He is living in simple way. It is our duty to aware them for creating nation feeling. They have to work for the nation building. We must respect our national symbols, monuments and our constitution too. Not to play caste based, religion based, region based, language based politics and policies.  It is very harmful to unite our people and nation too.  There is need to appoint honest- dedicated- expert- social personalities in Rajya sabha or Vidhan Parished. The Capitalists – Industrialists can’t spend their time in this house for making the welfare planning of common man and nation development. There will be to allot the MP- MLA election seats to such person, those who render their honest contribution for the nation. If everyone political party will follow the said vision, nobody can stop our “Supreme Power.”

Will Capitalist- Industrialist honest-dedicated-devoted Parliamentarians for India’s Super Power & Welfare Nation ………

                Recently the major political parties namely Congress, BJP etc parties seem to be busy in Rajya Sabha MP’s selection.  Most of them are seen to bargain internal business of selling with Capitalists-Industrialists and some names are published in the “Political Market” & media too. I am very shocked to hear the name of these Industrialists-Capitalists-Brainless Leaders etc.  Really these so called coming Political Leaders can share full time work in the Parliament. Have they a time to spend their energy for a Common Man welfare planning & development.  Definitely the answer is “NO.” Then why they are interested to join this politics ….. The answer is very simple. These Capitalists-Industrialists has donating or giving the funding to these political parties and they want to take back the said funding through the posting of MP, MLC etc…..  If these mentality businessmen will seat in there, how can common man expect clean politics from these parties. How is possible to make our nation as “Super Power, Corrupt-less, Clean –transparent etc.”

                Yesterday second Congress Supremo Mr. Rahul Gandhi visited Sevagram, in Vidarbha. Mr. Rahul said,” India can’t be super power without empowering women & youth. Further he said, Decentralization of process of selection of candidates for Legislative Assembly and Lok Sabha elections by parties to include grassroots’ level public representatives. In our party and BJP. 5-7 people decide all candidates. This is in the root of corruption. The day we include the people in the process,  50 per cent of corruption will be gone.” It is very important statement of Mr. Rahul Gandhi and he admitted the facts of their party’s involvement in corruption process. The said statement is applicable for BJP and others political parties too.  But this is the only one side. Because in MP & MLA elections, the common man is directly related with them.  As our constitution has given a power of vote to a common man and the value of their vote is the same. i.e. One man- one vote. One vote - one value.  Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, father of Indian Constitution, who himself was Sociologist, Social Activist, constitutionalist, Political Analyst etc, he knows the importance of the value to the common man vote. It means, the value of President of India, Prime Minister, Chief Justice or the common man’s political vote value will be equal. What a great revolution made by Dr. Ambedkar without drop of our blood. This is the big wonderful democratic revolution seen in our constitution.

                Regarding the said statement of Mr. Rahul, He had not made any statement about upper house. There are two upper houses in India. i.e  Rajya Sabha and Vidhan Parishad. Our nation builders are expecting the contribution of our experts, social Activists etc for the nation building.  It is why; the said house is known to be an Upper House. But our political parties have used this house for their political gain.  The appointment of MP in Rajya Sabha or MLC in Vidhan Parished is seen to be jock. There is sitting every political party’s financer or their well-wishers. These planted Parliamentarians never think planning or not giving their contribution for the welfare of common man or nation building. We saw only the bargaining of posting of these corrupt leaders. Then how is possible to make India Corrupt free, developed nation, super power nation etc.

                Mr. Rahul Gandhi or other political parties’ leaders have to the answer of this question.  Mr. Rahul, it is not possible to take decision to give 50 per cent reservation to women and youth. Your own party leaders will not permit you.  Recently Ex Nation President of BJP Mr. Nitin Gadkari deliver his speech in city party meeting that, “UPA led Central Government and NCP-Congress led State government of Maharashtra for derailing India’s growth story and for purchasing wrong economic policies. “ I agreed with Mr. Nitin Gadkari’s view.  Already I wrote in my before article that, only Congress Raj is the pioneer of corruption in India. But tell me the social contribution Mr. Ajay Sancheti and why you recommend him in Rajya Sabha M.P. Is he really the capable to make planning for nation building? Yes, you have done some good decisions in your ministry regime. But you have done some wrong too.

                Yesterday Hindustic  Sanmitra Sabha organized a lecture on “Hinduism is the Nationalism” at Scientific Society Hall where M.G. Vaidya, Anjali Joshi and others were participated and Dr. Muzaffar Hussain , a renowned columnist delivered his statement that, “Philosophy behind what does the concept Hindu means, will have to be understood by knowing the history and in-depth thinking. This will clarify that the words Hindu and Nationalism may be different, but have the same feeling.” Mr. Husaain, Are you mad. How can you co-related Hinduism and Nationalism with each other. Can you expect, Islamism and Nationalism, Buddhism and Nationalism, Jainism and Buddhism etc have the same feeling. Nationalism is the holy feeling. All the religions are for the human being. Religions give us the spirit of different one. It never possible to co-related with Nationalism or India-ism. Nation and Religion both are different one. If nation will suffer as slavery, you also suffer as a slave. There is no scope for religion in here. Nation always the supreme one and it is our duty to create a feeling of Nationalism or India-ism. I quote a word of Dr. Ambedkar in here for your knowledge that;” I am Indian first and Indian Last.” He never expect the feeling as like State based, Religion based, Caste based, Region based, Language based etc. Not a single leader of India has creating such a Nation spirit in Indians. Everyone is fighting in “Religion war.”

                Yesterday newly formed Aam Adami Party (AAP) Maharashtra Chief Ms. Anjali Damania has inaugurated the Nagpur Office and appealed her party volunteers to dedicate their life as “Indians” to the party for the election. May be, she is not matured political leader.  It is good signal seen that, Hindu Organizations or AAP are thinking on Nationalism or India-ism, it may be on different forms. But one day, they will realize that, the nation is supreme one and not the religion.  We Hope for the said holy day to create the nation feeling. i.e Nationalism or India-ism.
