Now days, our youth feels very happy after
celebrating the birth anniversary of Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar. To celebrate the
birth day of Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar or Tathagat Buddha is not our mission; it
is only paying respect or honor to them. No doubt, it is our duty to celebrate
our supreme Father’s Birth day and on that occasion we are came to gather
otherwise not. The question is, are you limited up to celebration of their
birth anniversary or Vijaya Dashami day. So I am very sad to say, we couldn’t understand
Babasaheb, his thoughts and mission.
The most important issue is we are scattered in
different groups. Every group is leading by a specific leader or sometimes he
seems to be attached with interested political groups. The leaders of these
political groups are internally linking with orthodoxy political parties, which
are ruling the Government. These political leaders are acting as puppet or
beggar of so called anti national parties for getting something from them. Why I
am saying these so called political parties as anti national parties because
can they explain their nation building work and welfare of society work. These
selfish leaders are not seems to be honest, dedicated or devoted for their own
society and even not rendering their contribution for the nation building. Even
though, the groups’ people follow them blindly without any hesitation. Why so.
Because these leadership is related with sub caste based mentality feelings. Its
why, they don’t bother the loss of their own society. Friends, how much days we
follow these mentality blindly, this is my simple question.
We can render our contribution for various missions
that you like it. It may be Mission Nation Building, Mission Pay Back to
Society, Mission India-ism, Mission Buddhist India, Mission to unite our
Society, Mission Awareness for Women Empowerment, Mission Awareness of Blind
Faith etc. It is your chose, no one can force on you. The question is, can you
perform your social duties. If not, you have no right to ask for getting your own
rights from the society or even from nation. It is proved neither you are a
member of India nor the society. You are neutral person as like you are not considering
as male or female group of our society. In other words we can say you are part
of hermaphrodite group.
Friends, everyone knows our socio-economic condition
before Buddhist acceptance day it means of October 14, 1956. Due to the
uncountable efforts of Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar, we achieved our economic, social,
cultural, political even educational growth within a short span of only 50
years as equaling to Indian established classes. This is a great miracle in the
history. But today generation are
unknown the practical feelings of our past bad days. They only heard by books
or orally and not faced in practical manner. It’s why they are not serious even
not knowing its importance. This is applicable for second generation after
Babasaheb era and today generation too. Because they are seem to be unknown
about the struggle war of our ancestors. According to them or they think, these
so called generations achieved this all by their own efforts and nothing else. When
any think we got it very easily, we don’t give it any much value or importance…
This is the common natural law.
Today I have seen that, our activists or
writers or thinkers abusing or blaming on the previous wrong policies of
exploitation applied by the Brahmins or their Brahmanism theory and even today applicable
their policies. Yes, they were and are seem
to be guilty. Ok, friends. Can our financial sound people, doctors, professors,
engineers, lawyers’ etc groups’ members giving justice to our common man. These
people performing their pay back to society duties are in practical and not needed
to be orally in function only. Can these sound people treats the common people
as equivalent to them. If not, what about saying on our so called peoples’ Brahmanism.
You also follow the Brahmanism with our society members. You want to think them
as like the slave. Then what is difference between Brahmin’s Brahminism and Our
Sound people’s Brahmanism. If you are applying the same way, then what is wrong
done by the Brahmin’s Brahmanism applied on you? Brahmin’s Brahmanism is
harmful no doubt. But our people’s applied Brahmanism is more harmful than
them. Because we exploiting our own people without
any hesitation.
Now we discuss on “Mission Pay Back to Society.”
Already we discussed that we have made socio-economic changes within a short
span of 5o years equaling with established class. It means we are economically,
socially, culturally, educationally, and few percentage politically too are in
sound position. Lot of our doctors, engineers, professors, lawyers, trade and
commerce people are well settled with bungalow, car and bank balance. These people
are paying income tax and someone hidden black money too. Even some people are
enjoying their luxurious entertainments. I don’t want to comments on their
socio-economic growth and their luxurious life. I just write on their social responsibilities.
Everyone knows that, we are getting all such life; it is due to the uncountable
efforts of Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar. Yes, here are also our some efforts
included. No doubt. But it is also our duty to carry on the mission of Dr.
Ambedkar for the upliftment of our unsound people.
We are fighting to get reservation in education
and service and even reservation in promotion against the government. I am
sorry to say that these facilities have been enjoyed by our limited sound and well
settled class. Our common class people fight for getting justice by our own
sound and well settled class. Due to their socio-economic condition, they could
not achieve their goal as equivalent with our sound and established class. It
means we are the exploiters of our own people. There will be limited seats of
reservation provided by the government. If there will be seen competition
between our common mass and established class, then it is issue of discussion.
Will our established class remove their name from taking benefits of
reservation facilities for the gaining of our other common mass? So these needy
common mass will achieve their goal as like us. This is also a one type of work
of “Mission Pay Back to Society” for the gaining of our own common mass.
If you are working in key posts as like IAS
cadre, Vice Chancellor level and so one, you can render your services for the
benefits of common mass. This is also a work of one types of “Mission Pay Back
to Society.” I would like to give some
examples. i.e. Hon. Dr. Munshilal Gautam,
who was working as IAS officer, has established IAS coaching Academy at Nagpur
even he published and distributed the Dhamma books in his regime. Dr. Harshdeep Kamble, who is working as
IAS officer, started “Samata Parva” at Yeotmal and unites our own people on one
platform and has done lot of awareness. Hon.
Dr. R.S.Kureel, who is/was Director General of Dr. Ambedkar National
Institute of Social science Mhow (MP), has initiated his efforts and within a
year he succeeds and the said Institute has been created as “Dr. B.R. Ambedkar
National University of Social Science at Mhow.” And I think that this only one
of the university of India and abroad is in existence on Social Science studies
on the name Dr Ambedkar. Not only had this, under his regime he published near
about 100 books of different scholars through this institute and even he
maintained the discipline too. Hon. E.Z.
Khobragade, who was IAS officer initiated to start the reading of preamble of
constitution from the school and pasting of its photograph on the front of the
office premises. Hon. Shyam Tagade,
an IAS officer is working for spreading Dhamma Mission. Myself (Dr. Milind Jiwane) is distributing Dhamma
Books free of cost to society members, libraries etc. Not only this had I organized
“World Buddhists Conferences” at Nagpur by making documentation for making
international relations with other Buddhist countries. Such type of work has been done by our lot of society
members. And it is our duty to remember and respect them to promote other one
to follow the “Mission Pay Back to Society” in future. So other one may take inspiration
from them and this process should be run in continue.
Now I am presenting a new proposal before you
on the name of “Dr. Ambedkar Financial
Relief Fund.” It should be formed as a society or company based organization.
Which way we collect the funding and what the nature of its working. We should discuss
on this topic now. We must give these responsibilities to our youth wing. There
will be three types of wing in operation. One wing will be “Advisory and
Planner Wing.” Second wing will be “Executive and Action Wing.” And third wing
will be “Controlling and Pressure Group.”
In first wing, there will be working expert and
experience persons. In second wing, all the youth will be working for its
execution and action. And in third wing, all the youth will be working on controlling
on second wing and pressure on other society members to pay the donation for
this mission. It is duty of all our officers, doctors, engineers, lawyers, professors
etc. people should be the members of this mission and should pay the fixed
amount as per their earning per month as “Mission Pay Back to Society.” Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar said that, everyone
should pay 20 percent amount of their monthly earning for the upliftment of our
other mass. If anyone will have to pay Rs. 1000/- per month, as this way we can
collect Rs. 12, 000/- per year from one person. As like the same, we follow the
same procedure. Those people, who refuse to give donation, his name will be
flashed to our black list for knowing our other society people. So no one dare
to refuse the donation for the “Mission Pay Back to Society.” Because lot of our
so called people saying the lot, but in practical their action seem to be
negative. In this way, we can focus them. This is the way of collecting the
fund and making pressure group. Someone may comment it on beginning that; it is
seen as “Goonda Policy.” Yes, in primary level it may be seen as a goonda
policy. But if we use it for holy cause, in future, they may be appreciated
this work. Because we will take the donation from them as like to pay back the
society and we will not working as a beggar.
What is
the role of “Dr. Ambedkar Financial
Relief Fund?” There will be no need to say, what its role is. It is
included in its name. But we plan it on broader sense. After collection of cores
of rupees, we should plan to establish our Medical College & Hospital, Hostel,
Libraries, Engineering College, Industries, as like the same and even we can
give financial assistance to needy student. Here we can achieve two mottos. One
is we can provide the jobs to our own people. Means we are working as job
provider and second is service provider.
