1st World Buddhist Women Conference 2015 held at Nagpur (India) on October 20, 2015.

*** The Buddhist Society of India & Dr. Milind Jiwane's headed Ashwaghosh Buddhist Foundation has jointly organized "1st World Buddhist Women Conference 2015" at Pt. Vasantrao Deshpande Cultural Hall, Civil Lines, Nagpur (India) on October 20, 2015 under chairpersonship of Mrs. Vandana Milind Jiwane (National Chairman of Civil Rights Protection Cell - Women Wing). Mrs. Pushpatai Boudh was welcome Chairman. The conference was inaugurated by Mrs. Ursula Gottinger of Germany. Due to some official emergency, the declared Chairman Dr. Sushama yadav (Pro. VC of IGNOU, New Delhi) could not present. Her message was read by Dr Neena Wankhede. The Wellnown personality of Srilanka Ms. Roshni D. Sharam and Ms. Han Hanh (THI PHAN) of Australia were chief Guest. Dr Rupa Kulkarni was Guest of Honor. .... In First session named "Buddhist Women & Her Liberty and Responsibility" was conducted under chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Rupatai Bodhi Kulkarni & Dr Neena wankhede was Co-Chairperson. Prof. Rachana Khobragade, Er. Shilpa Ganwir were rapports. The sesson conducted by Ms. Sneha Khobragade. .... The Second Session named "The Role of Buddhist Women for making Buddhist India" was conducted under chairmanship of Dr. Archana Sukhdeve. Mrs. Sugandha Khandekar , Varsha Shyamkule wer rapports. The session conducted by Mrs. Pamita Kolhatkar. .... The third Session named "Problem of Buddhist women and other women & its rememdies" was conducted under chairmanship of Dr. Savita Kamble and Dr. Alka Kumar was in Co-chairman. Dr. Sharayu Humane, Mrs. Pamita Kolhatkar were rapports. The session conducted by Arc. Kalpna Meshram.... The fourth session named "The Buddha and Dr Ambedkar's role for the development of Indian Women" was conducted under chairmanship of Hon. Preeta Harit (Income Tax Commissioner, New Delhi) and Mrs. Vijaya Maitreya was Co-chairman. Mrs. Kalpana Meshram, Mrs. Ashwini Moon were rapports. The session was conducted by Mrs. Varsha Chahande. At the end , the Valedictory Ceremony was conducted under chairpersonship of Mrs. Vandana Milind Jiwane (National Chairman of Civil Rights Protection Cell - Women Wing). Mrs. Pushpatai Boudh was welcome Chairman. Mrs. Preeta harit was Gusts of Honor. On this ceremony Hon. Chandrabodhi Patil, Adv. subhash Jaujale, Dr. Harish Rawalia, Er. Padmakar Ganwir, Shankar Dhengre were felicitated. At Last , the women brigade under leadership of Mrs. Pushaptai boudh has been felicitated to Dr Milind Jiwane, Chief Architect and planner of this conference. For the grand success . *** Sacred Buddha Relics has been brought by Srilankan Monks and custodian at Nagpur on October 14, 2015 at 8 AM where the organizer Team Chandrabodhi Patil, Nitin Gajbhiye, Dr. Milind Jiwane, Shankararo Dhengre, Er. Padmakar Ganwir , Bhimrao Fuse , Puspha Boudh, Vandana Milind Jiwane , Dr. Sarita Mane, Dr. Neena Wankhede, Arun Gadpayale etc members welcomed and lot of mass of Nagpur city was the eveidence of this occasion. Later on it was kept at Bezonbagh Ground for the pooja. ...At whole Night, Mahaparittan path has been organized where 3 lacks people were attended. Buddha Movie star Gagan Malik was present on that occasion.
