*** Dalit Women Rape ... ! By - Dr. Milind Jiwane

*** Dalit Woman Rape ....…!
Recently the burning topic is two Dalit girls were brutally ganged raped and murdered in Badaun district of UP. Some politicians visited the incidence place and met the families whose bodies were found hanging on a tree on May 28, 2014. Mr. Akhilesh Yadav, Chief Minister of Utter Pradesh announced Rs. 5 lakh each to the victims “kin from the party fund” though they have refused the Government compensation.  As like the same incidences of Dalit rape seen in different parts of India. But there is not seen a huge mass agitation in all India level as like the “Nirbhaya Case” of Delhi, why….! The reason is Nirrbhaya was not a dalit girl and she was represented their higher caste group. So all the concerned Medias and the India’s so called women’s leaders took active part for getting “justice movement.” Even they were showing their active leadership in Nirbhaya case.  We can’t deny their caste spirit mentality. Because most of time the accused seems to be their caste family.  Then how can they fight against them.
Few days before a well known African writer, poetess, play wrights Ms. Maya Angelo passed away. She was revolutionary women wrote in her book that “What’s a new sexual thing seen of white women that I have not.” These words indicate a lot of meaning for those people who suffering from madness for getting a beautiful girl. Why I am saying this. These so called higher caste & other one or sexual culprits would like to enjoy sexual part with Dalit girls illegally or forcefully but not interested to marry her.
Now the question is, are they not sexual satisfied with their own caste women. Are these women not sexually fit for fulfilling their wills? Are their women only showing peace of sexual exhibition only or sexual model as like Ms. Punam Pande? Or these caste women today are slaves too and unable to fight it. Are these caste women not controlled by their own family or society? The involvement of these category women in politics and society, it is only a drama. These all the questions are arising now. Is there any necessity to check up their sexual medical fitness? We should think to study these problems not only from social way but also in psychological way. My intension is not to make demoralized to these caste women. I respect them.  But it is very sensitive issue of our society.
Dalit woman Rape is not only a social problem but also a psychological too. “To condemn” them is not the solution of this issue. The practical loss and feelings can be known by victims only. It is not possible to recover their sorrow and can’t be possible to give them justice. Our feelings expressing is only a show piece and nothing else.  The question is how can promote to change their mentality forever. Will Government present any planning in future? Let’s us watch it.

*** Unite India ....... Supreme India & Mr. Narendra Modi. By Dr. Milind Jiwane

*** Unite India …. Supreme India and Mr. Narendra Modi,

Recently President Pranab Mukarjee accompanied by Vice President Hamid  Ansari and Prime Minister Narendra Modi proceed to Central Hall and addressed to the joint session of Parliament in New Delhi. President Mukarjee said, “It would take steps to tackle communal violence, eliminate corruption, rein in inflation and encourage investment including through Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). The government will maintain utmost vigil in the area of internal security. A policy of zero tolerance towards terrorism, extremism, riots and crime will be pursued.”  The speech delivered by Mukarjee in English had large number of slogans like “Ek Bharat , Shrestha Bharat (Unite India, Supreme India). Some of these apparently had Mr. Modi’s imprint as they were used by BJP during the election comparing. I think this is the good road map of Modi Raj. But I am raising the some points too.
The Narendra Modi Government unveiled its priorities on Monday June 9, 2014. . But I am discussing on one issue in here. i.e. Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat (Unite India, Supreme India). It is taken good initiative by Mr. Modi government but how it is possible. There is need of plan or mission. Otherwise this slogan seems to be a show piece of Modi Raj. From last 15 months before I presented a mission. i.e. India-ism. What is India-ism\ The definition of India-ism is very simple. “India-ism means to create a feelings of I am Indian First and I am Indian Last.” There is no scope for any religion, caste, state, region, and language etc. politics in national integrity and development. It means everyone should be Indian and no one saying that he is Maharashtra-ins, Tamil-ins, Gujrathi, or Hindu, Buddhist, Muslims, Christians etc. I have no opposed to their religion, caste and god faiths. But we could not come together, due to these separation feelings. It develops communalism, caste-ism, gradation, and negativity feelings. Then how can be maintained “Unite India” and without unite India, how can be possible “Supreme India.” This is my question to Mr. Narendra Modi and his government.
Actually the concept of India-ism was introduced by the Father of Indian Constitution Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. But it was not spreading in media and mass too, it is due to different causes. I don’t like to discuss it here. The words of Dr. Ambedkar were, “I am Indian First and I am Indian Last.” This feeling is India-ism. It is why Dr. Ambedkar is “Father of India-ism.” Secondly the speech delivered by Dr. Ambedkar at Constituent Assembly on November 26, 1949 on the eve of presentation of the “Constitution of India” to nation, it is nothing else but the symbol of India-ism. I am only a “Spreader of mission India-ism.”
As you know Pt. Jawaharlal Nahru is “Father of Modern India,” Dr. B. R. Ambedkar is “Father of Indian Constitution” as well as “Father of Indi-ism,”  Mh. Jyotiba Phooley is “Father of Nation (India),” Mh. Gandhi is “Father of Independent Movement,” Mrs. Indira Gandhi was “Mother of Development Nation, India” known to us. If you (Mr. Narendra Modi) work for national integrity and development and make a road map of “India-ism,” you will be introduced as “Father of New India,” where is no scope for any religion, caste, creed in national integrity and development. The question is, will Mr. Modi introduce “Mission India-ism” or not. Don’t put any substitute in different name. Mr. Modi’s slogan “Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat” is nothing else but the same meaning of an “India-ism” in different way.
If Mr. Modi will honestly to work for nation building, so first he should declare the newly “Ministry of Mission India-ism” and to appoint the secretariat for the said ministry as like the “Ganga River Project.” Through this ministry, it can be possible to promote India-ism feelings to every department of India including school and colleges. There is need to add this subject in the education syllabus. Ganga river project is a temporary project. There are lots of rivers and lakes of India are polluted. It is need to make it clean and purify. Your government under chief of Mr. Nitin Gadkari’s ministry has taken a good decision. We expect its result in practical level and not in paper table. Yes, Mr. Gadkari having lot of merits. But sometimes he has taken wrong decision too. I am now very positive for the Modi’s good decision of foreign policy with making good relation with China. The economy of USA may be decreased in future again. So the ranking of USA’s powerful nation may be finished or down. The economy of China is better that USA. If the relation with China will good develop, we can control terrorism of Pakistan very easily. Secondly there is need of our support to China for establishing them powerful nation. Now this completion is seen between China and USA. It is expecting your government will. If you follow it, it may possible to get result of peace, love and brotherhood too. It may promote to control on corruption, communalism, caste-ism etc. So Mr. Modi’s dream “Unite India, Supreme India” will be fulfilled.
Recently a rishi Hon. Lahiri Guruji appealed at Nagpur that, “To go beyond ego and make Rashtra Dharma. Further he said, nation will become great, if we follow our civilization-al values.” It means RSS is going to change their thinks and policies. If it is true and real, we should welcome them. We learn a slogan in our school life that “To err is human being.” So, anyone will realize their wrongs acts and to follow a good way, we should welcome them. Buddha did say too.

*** Sangha & SSD can Build-up a New India .... By Dr. Milind Jiwane

*** Sangh & SSD can build-up a new India ....…!

The formation period of Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) and Samata Sanik Dal  (SSD) is near about the same era. The aim of formation of RSS is different one but the aim of formation of SSD was much cleared and for the nation spirit. Both the Organizations are belonged to militant in nature. Out of that, one belongs to Hindu religion and other is Buddhist. Its founder also belonged to brain policy maker. Out of that, RSS founder was totally involved in establishing their religious organization in countrywide level and his contribution of nation building not seem to be very much. Though the founder of SSD Dr. B. R. Ambedkar , who was rendered his services for the nation building. The main contribution of Dr. Ambedkar known to us that is written a “Constitution of India.”  It is why, Dr Ambedkar introduced to global history that as “Father of Indian Constitution.”  Another main contribution of Dr. Ambedkar is creating feelings of India-ism. The meaning of India-ism is “The feelings of I am Indian first and I am Indian last.” So I would like to introduce Dr. Ambedkar as “Father of mission India-ism.” Just I am working as a “Spreader of India-ism.”  Due to not creating the spirit of India-ism till today, we could not build India as “Power Nation.”  The people of India seems to us as Hindu, Buddhist, Muslims, Christians or Maharashtra -ions, Tamil-ion, Punjabi etc. but no one seen us as Indians. What a shameful things is this. Due to not creating this spirit, it developed caste-ism, communalism, corruption, terrorism etc.  Definitely the Congress Raj is more responsible for these causes.  But we could not make irresponsible to other political parties and society too. They also not performed their duties too.
Now the political governance power of India changed and it was ruled on the Baratiya Janata Party (BJP) and its alliances. Mr. Narendra Modi emerged as a king maker and who introduced his new slogan “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat (Unite India, Supreme India).”  It is nothing one but it is introduced by a different name of India-ism. I am introducing Dr. Ambedkar’s this thought since 15 months before. Even I have written many articles on this topic on net and others media too. Mr. Modi sworn as a PM just few days before and introduced the same.  We have no problem that, who will take its initiative. But the question is for its implementation in practical way and not on the paper table.
I am now very positive for the Modi’s good decision of foreign policy with making good relation with China. The economy of USA may be down in future again. So the ranking of USA’s powerful nation may be finished or down up. The economy of China is better that USA. If the relation with China will be good develop, we can control terrorism of Pakistan very easily. Secondly there is need of our support to China for establishing themselves as powerful nation. Now this competition is seen between China and USA. It is expecting the government will. If they follow it, it may possible to get result of peace, love and brotherhood too. It may promote to control on corruption, communalism, caste-ism etc. So Mr. Modi’s dream “Unite India, Supreme India” will be fulfilled.
Yesterday, RSS supremo Dr. Mohan Bhagwat was addressed to a gathering at Reshimbagh ground Nagpur on the occasion of conclusion of third year Sangha Shiksha Varga. He said, “He hoped that Narendra Modi NDA Government at the centre would work on the footsteps of Ch. Shivaji Maharaj. While welcoming changes in political situation in the country, he urged common man to join hands in the change for progress of the country. The country cannot be developed   by the politicians only, but all 125 crore citizens should given whole-hearted support to them. He urged for complete eradication of caste-ism, corruption and untouchbility from society and polity. Further he said, RSS is not working as Remote Control of new Government. The RSS has worked as per the guidelines of Election Commission of India and urged people to enroll them for voting and vote for right people and issues. He expected that the policies of new government would increase self-esteem and worked for pride of Indian Constitution and maintains its dignity. Further he said, Dr Ambedkar said that we got independence and equality but could not create a brotherhood.”  I think, this speech of RSS chief is different than of their Hindutva agenda. He was not raising their Hindutva feelings. Either it is change of their minds or ideas or hidden their different policies. Since a couple of year, I wrote a letter to them personally and even few articles on net and other Medias and appealed to them to change their ideas and to follow the way nationalism. i.e. India-ism.   If they change their minds and vision by heart, we must welcome them. Lot of people in the society is running harmful policies, but they realize it, we must welcome them. This is the same thing Buddha said.
But I would like to express my views about Dr. Ambedkar that Dr. Bhagawat and other may know it.  Dr Ambedkar spoke on constituent Assembly on the eve of presentation of  the “  Constitution of India” on November 26, 1949 that, “On the 26th of January 1950, India would be a democratic country in the sense that India from that day would have a government of the people, by the people and for the people. The same thought comes to my mind. What would happen to her democratic Constitution? Will she be able to maintain it or will she lose it again? This is the second thought that comes to my mind and makes me as anxious as the first.  ………………… The third thing we must do is not to be content with mere political democracy. We must make our political democracy a social democracy as well. Political democracy cannot last unless there lies at the base of it social democracy. What does social democracy mean? It means a way of life which recognizes lib fraternity as the principles of life. These principles of liberty, equality and fraternity are not to be treated as separate items in a trinity. They form arty, equality and fraternity as the principles of life. These principles of liberty, equality and a union of trinity in the sense that to divorce one from the other is to defeat the very purpose of democracy. Liberty cannot be divorced from equality; equality cannot be divorced from liberty. Nor can liberty and equality be divorced from fraternity. Without equality, liberty would produce the supremacy of the few over the many. Equality without liberty would kill individual initiative. Without fraternity, liberty would produce the supremacy of the few over the many. Equality without liberty would kill individual initiative. Without fraternity, liberty and equality could not become a natural course of things. It would require a constable to enforce them. We must begin by acknowledging the fact that there is complete absence of two things in Indian Society. One of these is equality. On the social plane, we have in India a society based on the principle of graded inequality which we have a society in which there are some who have immense wealth as against many who live in abject poverty. On the 26th of January 1950, we are going to enter into a life of contradictions. In politics we will have equality and in social and economic life we will have inequality. In politics we will be recognizing the principle of one man one vote and one vote one value. In our social and economic life, we shall, by reason of our social and economic structure, continue to deny the principle of one man one value. How long shall we continue to live this life of contradictions? How long shall we continue to deny equality in our social and economic life? If we continue to deny it for long, we will do so only by putting our political democracy in peril. We must remove this contradiction at the earliest possible moment or else those who suffer from inequality will blow up the structure of political democracy which is Assembly has to laboriously built up.
The second thing we are wanting in is recognition of the principle of fraternity. What does fraternity mean? Fraternity means a sense of common brotherhood of all Indians-if Indians being one people. It is the principle which gives unity and solidarity to social life. It is a difficult thing to achieve. How difficult it is, can be realized from the story related by James Bryce in his volume on American Commonwealth about the United States of America.”
At last, RSS and SSD both the organization’s nature of work are in different types. It is very difficult task to bring them on one platform. Even I am not pressing the same point. Now RSS is the most powerful and unite organization of India. While SSD is not seemed to be unite and it is divided in different parts. Though SSD may be divided, but their activists can fight or work on the national issue without any hesitation. This is strong energy of Ambedakrite movement. If these two organizations may think to plan for spreading and creating an India-ism feeling to our citizens, we can establish Dr. Ambeksar’s dream new India.  We are hoping so.

Mission India-ism..... Concept by - Dr. Milind Jiwane

*** Mission India-ism....
Bodhisatva Dr. B.R. Ambedkar , father of Indian constitution said, “I am Indian first and Indian last.” Due to sad demise of Dr Ambedkar on December 6, 1956, this mission could not spread in India and anywhere.  Even it is very shameful thing for every Indian Government, spiritual leaders, political leaders, Social activists as well as thinkers, who are not sharing their honest contribution for spreading mission of India-ism or nationalism.  Indian political parties are seemed to be busy for their caste, creed, and region and languages basis politics. Their motto is to earn personal gain only and not the nation development. These people speak more by mouth about nation feelings as well as society development policy but by heart their mentality cum activities seems to be selfish.  Now it is seen that, Indian politics run on caste spirit basis. Since the time we got independence we entered in “Free India,” but there is no change at all in the Indian society except one major change. i.e.  replacing white English man to black English man.”
Dr Ambedkar delivered his speech on the occasion of presenting “Constitution of India” in the constituent Assembly on November 26, 1949, he said,” On the 26th of January 1950, India would be a democratic country in the sense that India from that day would have a government of the people, by the people and for the people. The same thought comes to my mind. What would happen to her democratic Constitution? Will she be able to maintain it or will she lose it again? This is the second thought that comes to my mind and makes me as anxious as the first. …………. ……… “Independence is no doubt a matter of joy. But let us not forget that this independence has thrown on us great responsibilities. By independence, we have lost the excuse of blaming the British for anything going wrong. If hereafter things go wrong, we will have nobody to blame except ourselves. There is great danger of things going wrong. Times are fast changing. People including our own are being moved by new ideologies. They are getting tired of Government by the people. They are prepared to have Governments for the people and are indifferent whether it is Government of the people and by the people. If we wish to preserve the Constitution in which we have sought to enshrine the principle of Government of the people, for the people and by the people, let us resolve not to be tardy in the recognition of the evils that lie across our path and which induce people to prefer Government for the people to Government by the people, nor to be weak in our initiative to remove them. That is the only way to serve the country. I know of no better.”
Every common man as well as Indians thinking for their bread and butter or someone think for their luxurious life. Nation development issue is not concerned with them or they don’t worry about it. It is due to self centered quality, we are facing corruption, unemployment, poverty, price rising like issues in India. For that Congress Raj as well as other political parties is responsible for nation loss.  We people are also responsible for our un-development and nation loss because we follow these political parties and their government blindly without evaluating their work.
Some one may ask that what India-ism is!  It is very simple definition that “feelings of I am Indian first and Indian last is India-ism.”  Someone may say that “I love India” is enough but it is not the substitute for India-ism. Love feeling and nation spirit feeling both are different one.  Love issue is very narrow subject. But Nation spirit feelings are related with development of the nation as well as its society. In another word we can say that India-ism is Nationalism. There is no scope for Hindu Nationalism, Buddhist Nationalism, Islam Nationalism, Christianity Nationalism, State Nationalism, Language Nationalism, and Region Nationalism and so on. Every man of the society has been given rights by the “Constitution of India” to worship their gods and religion. But it is objective thought. The question is, if the nation is not in existing, how  our rights exist! It means our identity is depending on the existence of nation. So our main religion is “Indian” and all other religions are secondary. In other words we can say that this is “India-ism or Nationalism.”
At last, our mission “Nationalism or India-ism” is not an organization. Our mission is to create feelings of India-ism. So we appeal to all Indians to join with us or you are free to move this mission by your own groups.  Here is no place for leadership. Our motto is to build strong India. Our motto is to respect our “Indian Constitution.” We must know the preamble of Indian constitution. We must hang the copy of preamble of Indian constitution in every home of India. One more our issue is to work for building the “Nation” and not the “Country.”
